Where are your products manufactured?

We take great pride in our heritage; all Rebecca Pitcher textiles and ceramics are designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

Standard UK delivery is typically 3-5 working days. For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, usually arriving within 7-14 days.

Can I return an item if it doesn't suit my home?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Are your fabrics machine washable?

Most of our linens and cottons are machine washable at 30 degrees Celsius. However, we recommend checking the specific care label on each product to maintain the longevity of the prints.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

We do! You can select our premium gift wrapping option at checkout, which includes a hand-written note and our signature Rebecca Pitcher branded packaging.

How can I track my order?
